To all my friends out there who are mindful of preventing cancer or are dealing with cancer, I must say that soursop or graviola tea is good for you. I have also personally experienced the benefit of this tea in dealing with high blood pressure.
On my journey to healing my tumor, soursop was part of my regimen.
The tea has been known to have therapeutic effects on lots of other conditions.

How to prepare Soursop leaf Tea
6 soursop leaves (fresh or dried)
4 cups of water (filtered)
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar, if desired
Step 1 – Boil the distilled or filtered water in a stainless steel pot.
Step 2 – Add the 6 leaves & lower the heat.
Step 3 – Let the mixture continue to boil until half of the water is evaporated.
Step 4 – Remove from heat and strain into a teacup or teapot.
Step 5 – You may add a little lime &/or a tea spoon of honey or stevia.
For effectiveness, take your cup of tea 30 minutes before meal. Take no more than 3 cups a day, possibly morning, afternoon & night.
The tea is believed not to be very good for pregnant women as it inhibits the growth of the baby in the womb. If you already have low blood pressure, soursop leaf tea may not be good for you.
